Strategy

The purpose of a strong innovation strategy is to out-innovate the competitors - or even to make them irrelevant. The biggest problem is often to define future innovation targets; "which new technologies shall be created or exploited ?" or "which needs can be detected or clarified inside or outside our present business areas ?"

Identifying which factors are strategically important in the new product or service is the first step to outperform the competition. The next step is to evaluate which factors can be reduced or eliminated and which ones should be increased to win in the market.

We do not only manage the process that leads to new radical innovations, we also make the new concepts tangible at a very early stage of the process.

We work with our partners’ top management to identify new product opportunities, to sharpen their innovation strategy and to optimise their product portfolio.
